In after completing his quest to visit the lot. Two years before, when Drew had just one country to go to, he shared a more in-depth on why some of the nations stayed with him more than others, opening up on some his favourite experiences in them.
He kicked off the list with Ethiopia, hailing its culture, which he said was "unlike anywhere else in the world", adding that " is everywhere" in the country.
Drew said he also encountered "incredibly hospitable people", and highlights of the trip included the capital Addis Ababa, as well as the Simien Mountains National Park in the north, where visitors feel like they're "on top of the world".
He was also full of praise for the Rock-Hewn Churches of Lalibela, and the grand architecture of Gondar and the Omo Valley.
Binsky was also taken with Algeria in North , marvelling at the spectacular remains of an ancient Roman city at Djemila.
The travel veteran said it "blows literally any other Roman ruins I've seen out the water".
He also stopped by the ancient city of Constantine, which is known for its picturesque bridges, and the famous Casbah of Algiers, "where you can find the remains of the citadel, the old mosques", and "Ottoman-style palaces".
Next, Binsky championed the travel opportunities on offer in Kenya, which he said has "the best safaris in the world", as well as praising Amboseli in the south and Massi Mara "where you can see the great wildebeest migration".
The travel vlogger was also struck by the vibrancy and architecture of the capital, Nairobi, which is the county's urban core. Surrounding it is 70 square miles of plains, cliffs and forest that make up Nairobi National Park.
Meanwhile, the quieter surroundings of Kisumu in the West offer a "different vibe", with superb fresh freshwater fish, Drew said.
Somalia also featured on the list, with Drew acknowledging that it is a country "many people are scared to visit".
Nonetheless, having visited the East African country twice by that point, he said he had "many great things to say" about it. He also talked fondly of his visit to Somaliland, a semi-independent region in the North, with highlights including the striking and remote rock art site at Laas Geel.
The beaches and seafood in the coastal city of Berbera also got a shoutout.
Drew said he met "very friendly people" in Somalian capital Mogadishu though he noted that it is regarded as one of the most dangerous cities on earth.

Last up on Drew's list was South Africa, with the explorer complimenting Johannesburg's craft beer scene, "amazing coffee" and "exciting markets", but noting that it too has a reputation for being dangerous for tourists.
Kruger National Park, located north of the city, was his favourite "favourite park in all of Africa", and though he hadn't managed to visit Cape Town at that time, he recommended the coastal city of Durban for its celebrated and unique cuisine, which features a mix of recipes brought by South Indian indentured labourers combined with local flavours.
Drew also enjoyed his visit to Sani Pass in the west of KwaZulu-Natal, bordering Lesotho, with its "stunning views of the valley".
He was keen to stress at the time that it was difficult to pick out some countries over others, reeling off several others he particularly enjoyed.
Earlier this year, Binsky he decided to naming Tanzania as his number one, waxing lyrical about various memorable experiences, including
He called the city of Arusha and "small" town called Moshi his favourite places in the country.
