Hulk Hogan's ex-wife, Linda, has shared a tearjerking message on what would have been the late star's 72nd birthday. The WWF iconleft his legion of loyal fans bereft when his death was announced last month as it was revealed that the former wrestler had suffered a heart attack.
Linda, who was married to Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, from 1983 to 2009, admitted she was "devastated" after he died and has expressed her emotions again with a poignant post on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of the pair, wrapped around each other from 1981, Linda wrote: "Me and Hulkster... 1981 Happy Birthday Terry. I love and miss you so much..." It comes after the star's daughter, Brooke, revealed her final conversation with her dad.

Linda, who shares daughter Brooke, 37, and son Nick, 35, with Hogan, admitted she was shocked to hear of her ex's death. Taking to Instagram again, she wrote: "I had no idea he would pass away this soon.
"We all really thought he would make a come back! Big surprise. We are all devastated. It's hitting me so hard."
Linda also revealed that she and the WWE legend were not on speaking terms when he died and explained that their son would "tell me things and vice versa".
Revealing Hogan was "the only man for me", she said: "I still felt... although broken... we still were a family. It's so hard to know he's just gone. I tried to stay strong for Nick... but I'm melting down now. It's very sad. I love you Hulkster. You were my man. The only man for me. RIP."
Linda was among the mourners at Hogan's funeral service in Florida last week, although Brooke chose not to attend to "honour" her father - who "hated the morbidity" of funerals.
She penned on Instagram: "My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn't want one.
"And although I know people grieve in many ways - and I'm so grateful for all the celebrations and events organised to honour him - as his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honour him the best and most genuine way I knew how... privately... the way that made me feel the closest to him."
It comes as Jackass Bam Margera shared an eerie sign that the late wrestler had made his presence known at the funeral.
Margera spotted a sign in the clouds, which resembled an image of Hulk Hogan offering his signature pose, with one hand pointing to the air and a clenched fist behind him.
Captioning his upload, Margera penned: "The cloud outside of Hulk Hogan's funeral at Indian Rocks, Fl. Wow! You see what I see?? If this isn't a sign then I don’t know what is."
