A British Airways flight attendant who was found high on drugs and completely naked in onboard a flight has been spared jail.
Haden Pentecost, 41 was working onboard a flight from California to London when he became agitated, "sweating" and "babbling" before he was stood down by his manager for failing to help with any pre-flight safety checks. A blood test later revealed he had meth and amphetamines in his system. The trouble started when Pentecost complained of stomach cramps and locked himself in a cabin toilet. Colleagues were left startled when he emerged naked, without realising his clothes were no longer on. A female crew member then helped him dress before moving him to a free seat.

Pentecost had dilated pupils, a high heart rate, and had to be checked every 20 minutes until the plane arrived at Heathrow - where paramedics took him to hospital. He has since been sacked by British Airways. At Uxbridge Magistrates' Court last month, Pentecost pleaded guilty to performing an aviation function while impaired by drugs.
