Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A 10-month- old child died of injuries he received after he fell down from the stairs in his house at Narialkheda under Gautam Nagar police station on Tuesday afternoon. A case has been registered in this connection, police said.
According to reports, 10-month-old son of Buddh Singh was playing on the first floor of the house. In the meanwhile, the child crawled towards the stairs and fell down.
The family rushed the child to Hamidia Hospital where he was declared brought dead. Police also reached the hospital after receiving information and questioned the family regarding the mishap.

A patient admitted to de-addiction centre at Danish Hills was found hanging in the bathroom on Tuesday afternoon. Kolar police reached the spot and carried out investigation.
No suicide note has been found at the spot and further investigations were being carried out in this connection, police officials said.
According to reports, resident of Narayan Nagar in Bag Sewania area Yashleen Peter (21) was admitted at Prayas de-addiction centre (Nasha Mukti Kendra) on June 23 for treatment.
Kolar police station incharge Sanjay Soni said the manager at de-addiction centre Abhishek Singh called police at around 3.30 pm and informed that Yashleen hanged himself. Police found his body hanging in the bathroom with a bed sheet. Statements of the manager and other inmates at the centre were still to be recorded. CCTV footages at the centre were also being scanned, Soni added.
